Job summary

The Garcha Group is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to manage tactical sourcing for food and non-food items across our hotel portfolio. The role requires at least 2 years experience in hospitality procurement and strong negotiation and coordination skills.

You will drive supplier relationships, align with multiple units, implement procurement best practices, and identify long-term partnerships while contributing to cost control efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level or equivalent with at least 2 years' hospitality purchasing experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Tactical sourcing for food and non-food categories related items.
• Ongoing assessment, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Drive alignment within all the units, update procurement processes and comply with procurement best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level and above with at least 2 years of working experience in purchasing in the Hospitality industry
