Job summary

The Garcha Group is hiring for a procurement-focused role within its hospitality operations. You will be responsible for tactical sourcing across food and non-food categories, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement processes align with best practices.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in hospitality purchasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position is on-site in Singapore with Marriott-affiliated benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing in Hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Able to analyze, coordinate, and support procurement processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tactical sourcing for food and non-food categories related items
• Ongoing assessment, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
• Drive alignment within all the units, update procurement processes and comply with procurement best practices
• Identify opportunities for long term relationships/partnerships
• Cost Control
• Any other duties/tasks as requested by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level and above with at least 2 years of working experience in purchasing in the Hospitality industry
• Good communications & negotiation skills
• Good analysing and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Positive attitude and able to work independently and as well as in team
• Altminds/orderEZ system knowledge preferred
