You will lead a team, manage budgets, implement policies and conduct audits to uphold high standards across Grade A office buildings. This role demands strategic oversight and hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Property Management or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
• Experience managing Grade A office buildings preferred.
• Proven experience managing security, cleaning and maintenance service providers.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and cost management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the in‑house security and cleaning team.
• Manage outsourced building services providers and establish SLAs, performance metrics and KPI scorecards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure contractors deliver value and quality services.
• Lead tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives across all service providers.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure building presentation, cleanliness, safety and service delivery standards are met.
