Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil construction programs. This role requires steering project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget delivery from design through handover.

Office located at Changi Business Park with project site at Toa Payoh. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.15pm. Salary ranges from SGD 11,000 to SGD 13,000 per month, depending on experience and project scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant construction experience with at least 10 years in PM/senior leadership.
• Track record delivering two construction projects with contract values exceeding S$300 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution across lifecycle to meet SEQDC targets.
• Provide leadership to project teams including engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement execution strategies, methodologies, resource plans, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and contractual obligations; drive timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, environmental, and company EHS policies.
• Oversee quality management and adherence to client specifications.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, cost control, and variations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with corrective actions.
• Obtain permits and regulatory approvals; maintain project documentation.

Senior Project Manager

• Salary is up to $11,000 - $13,000

The role is accountable for achieving project objectives across Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SEQDC) while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, regulatory, and company requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project execution throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives and SEQDC targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and delivery programmes.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are achieved.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, environmental requirements, company EHS policies, and project-specific plans.
• Oversee quality management processes to ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, cost control, contract administration, variation management, and commercial risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are obtained and maintained to support project delivery.
• Provide regular project reporting on safety, quality, programme, cost, risks, and overall project performance.
• Lead project commissioning, handover, defect management, and closeout activities.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant construction industry experience, including at least 10 years in project management and senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million.
