Job summary

PeopleSearch seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a new mixed development project in North Singapore for a leading A1 main contractor. You will be responsible for planning, mobilisation, delivery, safety, quality and handover.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering or related field and at least 10 years with main contractors; hands-on experience with top-down or bottom-up methods and full project cycles; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry with main contractors.
• Proven track record managing commercial projects.
• Hands‑on experience with top-down or bottom‑up construction methods is preferred.
• Full project cycle experience, from start‑up to handover, is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role
