GLOBALWIDE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building, construction and A&A projects in Singapore from initiation to completion, with a focus on Building or Interior Works. You will lead project planning, cost control, and coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree, at least 5 years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and MS

Qualifikationen

• Relevant Degree in Civil/ Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from university recognized by PE Board of Singapore or BCA.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in project management of building, construction and A&A works.
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership to lead a team of dedicated project team members.
• Ability to think out-of-the-box.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Certification in “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers”.

Aufgaben

• Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion
• Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights and advice
• Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules
• Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place
• Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
• Lead a team of project team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the Project Director in any other Project Management related activities

We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Project Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of building, construction, and A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Building or Interior Works.

RESPONSIBILITIES
