Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex civil construction programs in Singapore.

You will drive overall planning, scheduling, and execution from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory requirements. Applicants should hold a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, bring at least 10 years of large-scale project experience, and demonstrate proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, execution of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and authorities.
• Serve as a key contact to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Review design drawings, specifications and submissions for compliance and constructability.
• Support or lead project teams including site engineers and coordinators.

Salary is up to $10,000

Job Responsibilities:
