The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead major construction programs in Singapore.

You will drive SEQDC outcomes across safety, environment, quality, delivery, and cost, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements. You will lead project teams including managers, engineers and consultants, develop execution strategies and delivery programmes, monitor progress and manage budgets, procurement, risk, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15-20 years of construction experience, with at least 10 years in project management and senior leadership.
• Proven track record delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all aspects of project execution across the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership to project teams including managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans and delivery programmes.
• Monitor progress, milestones, deliverables and contractual obligations.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with WSH regulations and environmental requirements.
• Oversee quality management to meet project specs and client expectations.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, cost control, contract administration and risk.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks with corrective actions.
• Ensure statutory approvals, permits and inspections are obtained and maintained.
• Provide regular reporting on safety, quality, programme, cost, risks and performance.
• Lead commissioning, handover, defect management and closeout.

Salary is up to $11,000 - $13,000

The role is accountable for achieving project objectives across Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SEQDC) while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, regulatory, and company requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project execution throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives and SEQDC targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and delivery programmes.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are achieved.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, environmental requirements, company EHS policies, and project-specific plans.
• Oversee quality management processes to ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, applicable standard, and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, cost control, contract administration, variation management, and commercial risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are obtained and maintained to support project delivery.
• Provide regular project reporting on safety, quality, programme, cost, risks, and overall project performance.
• Lead project commissioning, handover, defect management, and closeout activities.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 15-20 years of relevant construction industry experience, including at least 10 years in project management and senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million.
