Job summary

SMBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead Agency Loans projects, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery and clear stakeholder communication. You will work with business users to capture requirements and coordinate with technology teams on IT solutions.

The role involves developing charters, scope, risk assessments, budgets, and engaging with Product Owners to address business needs. You will also support production applications and oversee cross-workstream/vendor delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance & Banking or commerce with at least 6 years of experience.
• Experience in syndicated loans, loan origination and related operations.
• Knowledge of banking processes, solution design and regulatory requirements in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Agency Loans projects within time and budget.
• Document user requirements and propose IT solutions with technology teams.
• Support creation of charters, scope, risk assessments and budgets.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/Transformation to address business goals.
• Provide L1/L2 production support and oversee vendor delivery.
