A leading events management company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will create proposals and manage client interactions while executing virtual events. The ideal candidate possesses a diploma/degree in a relevant field and has strong organizational and communication skills. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Job Description:

• Identify & develop new business opportunities
• Able to create, conceptualise, develop & deliver event proposals and presentation to clients, including assisting in generating sales quotations
• Manage Client's expectations on projects & events
• Liaise with internal and external parties on event/project details and design concepts
• Plan and execute virtual events/conferences/exhibition on zoom webinars or any other digital platforms/websites
• Basic knowledge on live streaming process
• Any other a-hoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree, preferably in events/hospitality/mass communications
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Organized
• Must possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must be team-oriented and able to work under pressure, multi-task and work within tight deadlines
• Able to work on night and weekends when required
