SKY BUILDER & EXHIBITION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee renovation and exhibition projects from start to finish.

The role requires coordinating timelines, budgets, and manpower while liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will prepare quotations, site reports, and handover documents, and perform site visits to ensure quality and safety compliance. • Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in renovation, construction, or exhibition.
• Familiar with Singapore construction safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

We are a renovation and exhibition company specializing in commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate our renovation projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage renovation / exhibition projects, including timeline, budget, and manpower planning
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare project documentation, including quotations, site reports, progress claims, and handover documents
• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and attend site meetings to ensure work quality and safety compliance
• Monitor project progress and resolve any site issues promptly
• Ensure all works are completed on time and according to client requirements and safety regulations
• Support procurement of materials and scheduling of workers

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience as Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator in renovation, construction, or exhibition industry
• Familiar with Singapore construction safety regulations and site operations
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD will be an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Able to work 6 days per week and travel to project sites
