Job summary

SKY BUILDER & EXHIBITION PTE LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage renovation and exhibition projects in Singapore from start to finish. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and manpower while liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will prepare quotations, site reports, progress claims, and handover documents, conduct site visits, and ensure safety compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience as Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator in renovation, construction, or exhibition industry.
• Familiar with Singapore construction safety regulations and site operations.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects; six days per week and travel to project sites.
