Job summary

NIHAUS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily renovation site activities in Singapore. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, workers, and schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

You will inspect workmanship, manage multiple trades, and liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve issues while maintaining safety and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, partition and finishing works.
• Able to read renovation drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
