Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Programme & Events Executive to support planning, coordination and delivery of community support programmes and engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals, community partners and stakeholders to organise meaningful programmes, support group activities and special events, and to manage communications, administration and reporting.

• Willingness to work on weekends when required (off-in-lieu will be provided).

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate regular support group sessions, talks, workshops and activities.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, guest speakers and external partners to arrange programme schedules and activities.
• Organise community outings, workshops and engagement events, ensuring all logistics are properly coordinated.
• Prepare electronic direct mailers (eDMs) and manage communications through email, WhatsApp communities and relevant digital platforms.
• Support community outreach activities to increase awareness and participation in support programmes.
• Work closely with support group committees to coordinate meetings, events and initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with programme members, encouraging active participation and ongoing engagement.
• Assist in developing strategies to expand programme outreach and achieve programme objectives.
