Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Executive to coordinate cancer support groups, community activities, and programme administration in Singapore. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, community partners, and other stakeholders.

The role involves planning monthly talks, managing events, and overseeing communications, records, and budgets to drive participation and impact.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in community development, social work, psychology or related field.
Experience in programme coordination, events, community engagement or administration.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities, schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Cancer Support Group activities including monthly talks and weekly meetings; manage speakers and event logistics.
Maintain member records, attendance and communications to encourage engagement.
Handle procurement and payment administration with Finance; monitor programme expenses.
Prepare monthly statistics, annual budgets and other reports.
Provide general programme administration including scheduling and member recruitment.
Support student/tutor recruitment for Help-the-Children and Youth Programme; assist with award applications.
Plan and execute the July 2027 Achievement Award Ceremony, including stakeholder coordination and event logistics.
