Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Executive to coordinate cancer support groups, community activities, and programme administration. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful gatherings and ongoing engagement.

The role involves planning monthly talks, coordinating events, and handling communications via email, WhatsApp, and Werkdone, while supporting outreach and budgeting efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Psychology or any other relevant fields.
• Experience in programme coordination, event management, community engagement, or administration.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple activities, schedules, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cancer support groups, community activities, and programme administration.
• Plan and coordinate monthly talks and activities; liaise with speakers and manage schedules.
• Create simple eDMs and distribute communications via email, WhatsApp Community, and Werkdone.
• Support community outreach and develop strategies to grow programme participation.
• Maintain member records, attendance, and regular communication to encourage engagement.
• Coordinate support group committee meetings, events, and initiatives.
• Manage procurement and payment administration with Finance and monitor programme expenses.
• Prepare monthly statistics, annual budgets, and other reports.
