Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Programme & Events Executive in Singapore to support planning, coordination and delivery of community programmes and engagement initiatives.

You will work with healthcare professionals, partners, and stakeholders to organise meaningful programmes and special events, including youth activities and award ceremonies, while maintaining records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Communications, Business Administration or Social Sciences.
• Experience in event coordination, programme management, or community engagement is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple programmes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate regular support group sessions, talks, workshops and activities.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, guest speakers and partners to schedule programmes.
• Manage communications via email and digital platforms (eDMs, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Maintain membership databases, attendance records and programme documentation.
• Assist in planning and delivering the Achievement Award Ceremony in July 2027.
• Support outreach to increase awareness and participation in programmes.
