Job summary

GovTech in Singapore leads the country’s smart nation initiatives and digital public services. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of resident-facing digital platforms for the People’s Association, driving programme governance, performance metrics, and agile delivery.

You will align technology initiatives with business needs, oversee interdependent projects, and steer value realisation across government agencies while cultivating a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in technology, business operations, or the public sector.
• Strong track record in strategic programme planning and operational management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in crafting compelling presentations and papers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee resident engagement programme and PM portfolio.
• Drive operational efficiency and process optimisation across functions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
