The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.

You will ensure programmes meet standards, engage clients and coordinate with partners to deliver meaningful activities. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Social Services or related field, along with experience in designing, implementing and evaluating programmes for elderly clients in community or healthcare settings.

Competenze

• Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating community programmes for elderly clients.
• Experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare or social services settings.
• Diploma or higher in Social Services or related field is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
