Job summary

CARE CORNER SINGAPORE LTD is seeking an Executive (Programme) to lead planning, delivery and management of active ageing programmes for seniors 60+. Reporting to the Centre Supervisor, the role covers programme delivery, community outreach and operational support across five domains.

You will coordinate workshops, recruit and train volunteers, engage community partners, ensure quality standards, monitor outcomes and maintain Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in community work, programme coordination, or working with seniors.
• Demonstrated experience in programme planning and implementation within community settings.
• Organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Data management proficiency including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and programme tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or local dialects to effectively serve diverse senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programmes aligned with the five domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP).
• Coordinate workshops, wellness sessions, and community events to enhance seniors’ well‑being.
• Source and coordinate external trainers and facilitators ensuring quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support centre activities and outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM and other systems; track attendance and reports.
• Collaborate with Centre Supervisor and team to align programmes with organisational goals.
