Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise direct care team delivering ADL tasks.
• Coordinate and implement individual care plans for seniors.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and monitor seniors' wellbeing.
• Engage seniors regularly to monitor cognition and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to report concerns.
• Plan staff rosters and manage day-to-day changes.
• Support administration, audits, and SOP implementation.
