Job summary

TOUCH Community Services in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Caregiver Support Coordinator to work with caregivers, volunteers, and stakeholders, delivering programmes with a caregiver-centric approach. You will run talks, workshops, and peer support events across Singapore, including Tampines, aiming to improve quality of life for older persons, people with special needs, and mental health conditions.

A degree in any discipline is required, with WSQ ACLP 2.0 training a plus; 1–2 years’

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline.
WSQ ACLP 2.0 training is an added advantage.
1–2 years of experience with caregivers and families.
Experience in programme management or caregiving work is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving and administration skills.
Strong programme planning and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, publicise and conduct caregiver support programmes (talks, workshops, Carer Lighthouse, Care Line).
Facilitate talks and group programmes with a caregiver-centric approach.
Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support impact evaluation.
Foster community among caregivers via peer networks and events.
Coordinate with volunteers and stakeholders to deliver programmes.
Prepare reports and assist grant applications as needed.
