Job summary

Loving Heart is seeking a dedicated role to support the daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC), ensuring our activities align with funders’ objectives. You will assist with membership, plan engaging programmes, curate promotional posters, and coordinate community outreach to support seniors in health and wellbeing.

The role also covers administrative duties such as attendance, invoicing, volunteer guidance, and data reporting, requiring strong communication and a team-oriented

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in social services or its equivalent.
Experience in direct operational roles and programme facilitation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing AAC membership, including recruitment, publicity, registration, and retention.
Plan and organise programmes and activities to engage seniors within and beyond the centre.
Curation of posters for social media and manage registrations.
Provide befriending and buddying services to frail and vulnerable elderly in their homes.
Plan and coordinate community screening efforts for elders in the community.
Support seniors in adhering to health plans through social and lifestyle interventions.
