Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd's Assistant/Manager, Active Ageing Centre (AAC) leads daily operations to deliver high-quality services that keep seniors active, healthy, and socially connected, while ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines.

The role drives centre operations, community engagement, and partnerships, mentors staff and volunteers, tracks KPIs, and pursues continuous improvements to integrate care across the community and health networks.

Qualifications

• General degree in a health, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in health, social or community care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in programme planning and volunteer management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AAC operations, ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines.
• Develop outreach and engagement initiatives to reduce social isolation.
• Build partnerships with health, social care networks and community organisations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers; foster teamwork.
• Monitor KPIs and drive service improvements across AAC programmes.
