Precious Active Ageing Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated individual to assist the Centre Manager in day-to-day operations of the Active Ageing Centre in Singapore. The role includes coordinating support services, mentoring staff and volunteers, engaging seniors, and ensuring smooth program delivery.

The ideal candidate holds A Level or Diploma in Community & Social Service, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and volunteering, and demonstrates a strong passion for senior care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• A Level or Diploma in Community & Social Service.
• At least one to two years of related working experience.
• At least one to two years of volunteering experience.

Responsabilités

• To assist the Centre Manager in the overall daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre.
• Coordinate support services and organize inter-generational activities for the seniors in the identified blocks within the service cluster.
• Ensure that the programs and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by AIC and preparation of reports.
• Mentor and motivate a team of AAC staff and volunteers.
• Befriending and Buddying of identified seniors.
• Conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks.
• Establish and motivate seniors to run mutual help groups.
• Preparation and submission of internal and external reports.
• Supervision and manning of the Alert Alarm System.
• Maintain and update Information and Referral Service record and follow-up actions.
• Assist seniors with letter reading, handphone issues.
• Up-keeping of facilities and equipment provided in the centre.
