Job summary

Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. seeks an enthusiastic Programme Coordinator to support a health services research programme focused on advanced care planning, patient education, and coaching for patients and families affected by major cancer surgery.

You will work with a team of coordinators, researchers, and clinicians to ensure smooth programme implementation and meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Healthcare sector experience is an advantage.
• Independent with initiative and collaborative spirit.
• Passionate about clinical and health services research.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for participants and guide them through the programme.
• Data collection: support recruitment, obtain informed consent, administer questionnaires/interviews.
• Assist with preparations of study materials, IRB submissions, and grant support.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
