WANCO MANPOWER PTE LTD is recruiting for a world-leading US semiconductor client in Singapore. The role is a 12-month renewable contract based in Woodlands with standard hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or project coordination, with strong documentation and data skills. Fresh graduates with AI/automation exposure may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, operations, data analytics or related field.
• 2–5 years in HR operations, shared services, project coordination or process documentation.
• Fresh graduates with AI/automation exposure may apply.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and issue lists.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up with stakeholders.
• Document HR workflows, SOPs and process maps.
• Collect operational data and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Support AI, automation and workflow digitisation initiatives.
• Assist with requirements gathering, test scripts, UAT and issue tracking.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, FAQs and communications.
• Support workshops, stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs.
• Escalate project delays, missing information and documentation risks.
