Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Director to shape and lead Workforce Transformation initiatives across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will design and deliver transformation programs that connect workforce strategies with business outcomes, leveraging AI, analytics, culture and change management.

You will build senior client relationships, originate multi-disciplinary opportunities and coach teams to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

Strong track record in workforce transformation, HR transformation and change initiatives.
Experience originating, shaping and converting significant consulting opportunities.
Credibility with C-suite executives, boards and senior transformation leaders.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary, cross-border transformation programmes.
Excellent written, verbal and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex workforce and enterprise transformation engagements from strategy through design, implementation, adoption and outcomes.
Develop market position and trusted client relationships with senior leaders in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Create repeatable offerings by integrating AI, data and technology into workforce solutions.
Coach and develop junior and senior colleagues and build high-performing teams.
Collaborate across PwC capabilities to deliver integrated, value-driven client engagements.
