Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream technology transition across discovery, build, testing, migration, activation and stabilisation. You will own the integrated plan, govern delivery, and provide concise reporting to senior stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience managing multi‑entity transitions, budgets, and cross-functional teams across global time zones, with a focus on stabilisation and post‑implementation

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology project or programme management, with experience delivering complex, global, multi-workstream programmes.
• Proven experience planning and delivering at least one complex, multi-entity transition involving merger, acquisition or divestment.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional and distributed teams, budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of a complex, multi-workstream technology transition programme, establishing scope, objectives, governance, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Own and maintain the integrated project plan across discovery, build, testing, migration, activation, stabilisation and closure.
• Manage programme governance and delivery controls, including status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions and change management.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders on programme status, critical milestones, risks, costs, readiness and key decisions required.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple technology and business workstreams, including applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, workplace technology and service transition.
• Drive programme readiness across resourcing, procurement, environments, migration activities, testing, rehearsals and business acceptance.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, contingency and transition-related costs.
• Coordinate suppliers and commercial activities, including contract changes, licensing requirements and other transition-related dependencies.
• Lead activation and transition readiness, including implementation planning, communications, contingency planning and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Track programme deliverables through to completion and ensure agreed transition and exit milestones are achieved.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers, escalating significant risks involving scope, cost, timelines or external dependencies as required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology project or programme management, with experience delivering complex, global, multi-workstream programmes.
• Must have proven experience planning and delivering at least one complex, multi-entity business or technology transition involving a merger, acquisition or divestment.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional and distributed teams, multiple suppliers, budgets and contracts.
• Experience managing major technology migrations, implementation or activation activities through to stabilisation.
• Strong programme governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency with enterprise project planning, collaboration and reporting tools.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting major migration, rehearsal, activation and stabilisation activities when required.
