Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks an Implementation Manager/Project Manager to lead complex client implementations in cash management and trade products. You will manage a portfolio of 10–20 projects, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction while coordinating internal and external activities.

You will advise clients on project structure, serve as the primary interface, support sales, and ensure adherence to audits and regulatory directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree is good to have.
• 10+ years of client management or PM experience.
• Japanese language proficiency is desirable for Japan-based clients.
• In-depth knowledge of cash and trade products.
• PM certification (PMP, Prince2) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 client projects with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and total client satisfaction within guidelines and timeframes.
• Advise clients on project structure and tailor the solution to fit requirements.
• Act as the primary client interface, coordinating internal and external project activities.
• Support Sales by participating in deal teams to prepare client pitches.
• Comply with audits, regulatory and compliance directives.
• Manage and resolve issues and escalations through proper tracking and channels.
• Seek opportunities for efficiency and control improvements and implement them.
• Manage projects for Japan-based Corporate and Institutional clients.
