Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks an Implementation Manager/Project Manager to oversee highly complex client implementations for cash management and trade products in Singapore.

You will manage a portfolio of 10–20 projects, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction while coordinating internal and external teams. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of cash/trade products, and PM certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of client management and implementation/PM experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of cash and trade products and related processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with influence and negotiation abilities.
• PM certification such as PMP or Prince2 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of highly complex client implementations/projects (10–20 projects).
• Ensure timely delivery and total client satisfaction.
• Advise clients on project structure and fit to requirements.
• Act as primary client interface coordinating internal and external activities.
• Support Sales by participating in deal teams.
• Comply with audits, regulatory and compliance directives.
• Manage issues and escalations with proper tracking.
• Identify efficiency and control improvements in processes.
• Manage Japan-based corporate and institutional client projects.
