Responsibilities

• Project Manage New Client/Fund/Launches/Conversions/Transformations
• Coordinate with teams to meet client needs and requirements
• Document and finalize project scope in planning phases
• Lead departmental and company-wide projects and initiatives
• Identify risks and propose firm-wide solutions for high-risk projects
• Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent programs
• Track progress, status, and deadlines for projects
• Manage operational risk and monthly status reporting to clients and executives
• Ensure forecasted work and resource allocation are efficient
• Oversee virtual teams, staffing, and budget for the team
• Support marketing, pitches, and new business opportunities
