Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within banking or financial services.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale technology implementation and transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and technology landscapes.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end banking technology implementation projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business users, vendors, and external partners for seamless execution.
• Oversee system implementations such as core banking platforms, payments, channels, data, regulatory, and risk systems.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues with mitigation plans and timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, information security standards, and internal governance frameworks.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management and executives.
• Drive change management activities, including user readiness, training, and transition to operations.
• Maintain high standards of project documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
