Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Operations professional in Singapore to ensure reliability, stability and availability of production and non-production environments. You will manage incidents, service requests, problems and changes, ensuring timely resolution per SLAs and business impact levels.

You will perform triage, impact assessments, troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance, while keeping stakeholders informed and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Incidents, service requests, problems, and changes management aligned with ITIL.
• Experience supporting production and non-production environments.
• Troubleshooting web apps, APIs, databases, servers, networks, and logs.
• Monitoring and alert handling with dashboards and health checks.
• Automation scripting to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident resolution and service request fulfilment per SLAs and priorities.
• Perform triage, impact assessment, and resolution of issues across environments.
• Provide updates to teams, stakeholders, and users throughout lifecycle.
• Recommend workarounds and corrective actions to minimize disruption.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams with clear findings.
• Conduct routine health checks, monitoring reviews, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records in ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
• Assist root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Support change implementation, release and deployment readiness.
• Prepare or update SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuity and compliance.
• Mentor junior operations team members.
