Responsibilities

• Manage daily production process, quality and quantity.
• Document and maintain quality of processed products according to company's and customer's specifications and requirements.
• Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly production schedule and target.
• Train and supervise new and existing production co-workers in meat cutting and use of equipments.
• Build teamwork to improve productivity.
• Prepare and submit performance and progressive reports.
• Enforce and improve product standards and factory hygiene.
• Practice continuous improvement initiatives in production.
• Manage and supervise all administrative duties in production department.
• Perform operator level equipment maintenance.
• Supervise and enforce daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule.
