Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Product Manager for the Risk Management Group. You will drive the Platform and Data Team's digitisation initiatives within Credit, partnering with Business, Technology, Design, Compliance and Operations to enhance risk management, deliver value and improve user experiences.

You will define opportunities, write user stories, manage end-to-end delivery, and monitor KPIs, while guiding change management across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, policies, data and platforms in RMG Credit.
• Apply the 4D Discover-Define-Design-Deliver approach using Agile methodology.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, challenge status quo and break barriers.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritize features based on business value.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through design, development, launch and support.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure business benefits are achieved.
• Assess change impact, resistance and risks; implement change management strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones and mitigate risks.
