Job summary

You will collaborate with the Digital Platform Lead and Function Lead to manage end-to-end lifecycle from requirements through delivery, and you will maintain the product backlog and roadmaps.

Role requires strong Agile practice, backlog stewardship, and ability to translate business needs into user journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years as Product Owner or lead in digital initiatives.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience with product management tools (JIRA/Confluence) and design thinking concepts.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital platform capabilities for the TMRW program.
• Collaborate with Digital Platform Lead and Function Lead to define strategy and requirements.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog; drive prioritization and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with regional teams, users, service providers, and operations for successful delivery.
• Gather insights and translate business needs into clear user journeys and improvements.
