Job summary

GovTech, Singapore’s Government Technology Agency, seeks a Product Manager to lead internal digital products that boost employee productivity and operational efficiency. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, align with engineering teams, and drive measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in product management, experience delivering enterprise systems, and a strong focus on user-centric design, governance, and security within public sector contexts.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant product management or digital delivery experience.
• Track record delivering enterprise/internal-facing products with measurable impact.
• Experience managing delivery in partnership with engineering teams (planning, risk management, release).
• Familiarity with governance, security, data protection and audit needs in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities to improve internal productivity and service outcomes.
• Translate operational needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
