Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in product management, business transformation, digital delivery, or related roles.
• Track record delivering enterprise/internal-facing products or workflow systems with measurable operational impact.
• Experience managing delivery in partnership with engineering teams (planning, prioritisation, risk management, release management).
• Exposure to budget and procurement processes (forecasting, utilisation tracking, licensing/professional services procurement, renewals) is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of security, data protection and audit/compliance needs in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap and priorities for your product area.
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end (discovery → build → launch → iteration).
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative releases while maintaining service continuity.
• Prioritise work based on impact to productivity, service levels and user value.
• Run key product rituals and keep documentation current.
