Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Senior Product Manager to own one or more products, guiding the full lifecycle from discovery to launch. You will work with UX and engineering to define features, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

You will mentor junior team members and liaise between business leadership and product teams, ensuring alignment with strategic agency goals and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in product management or digital delivery.
• Track record delivering enterprise/internal-facing products with measurable impact.
• Experience managing delivery in partnership with engineering teams (planning, prioritisation, risk management, release management).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmaps and priorities for your product area.
• Translate operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end (discovery → build → launch → iteration).
• Be accountable for delivery outcomes, including scope, timelines and quality.
• Drive delivery planning and keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
• Proactively manage delivery risks and issues; elevate options and recommendations.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready with security, performance and reliability considerations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative releases while maintaining service continuity.
• Prioritise work based on impact to productivity and user value.
• Run product rituals and keep documentation up to date (PRDs, release notes).
• Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reuse across platforms.
• Collaborate with operational teams to translate constraints into practical increments.
• Align policy, operations and technology on priorities and timelines.
