Job summary

GovTech, Singapore's lead agency for public sector digital transformation, seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the vision and delivery for digital services. You will balance user needs with regulatory requirements, working with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will gather requirements, prioritise features, manage backlogs, and analyse metrics to drive iterative improvements, ensuring secure, scalable services for public sector users.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
• Proficiency in Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development.
• Experience working with engineers, designers and other product managers (≥5 years).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated with an inquisitive mind and ability to learn.
• Relevant certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, and Certified Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements, prioritise features, manage product backlogs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and user focus.
• Develop go-to-market and outreach strategies, and manage the product budget and funding.
