Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more GovTech products. You will design and manage product roadmaps based on the agency’s strategic goals and work with UX and engineering to conceptualise features and ensure timely delivery.

You will define metrics, supervise user behaviour, perform data analysis, write user stories, prioritise the backlog, and drive go-to-market strategies to deliver outstanding value to ecosystem partners and achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; 3+ years in product management or equivalent.
• Experience launching and scaling digital products in a public sector or similar environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with Agile, CI/CD, and modern web technologies.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centred design.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research to identify demand and trends for new features.
• Scope requirements, write user stories, and prioritise the backlog with partners.
• Collaborate with UX teams to map user journeys and craft content.
• Partner with engineering to deliver releases on time and within budget.
• Lead go-to-market, adoption and usage strategies for ecosystem value.
