Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a seasoned Product Leader to shape a compelling product vision for public sector digital services and to drive end-to-end lifecycle management across engineering, design, marketing, and operations. You will translate user needs into strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes and champion data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate product vision and strategy aligned with GovTech goals.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify needs and opportunities.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on impact and demand.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support for alignment.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and use data-driven insights to adjust strategy.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organisation.
• Foster continuous improvement and stay updated with industry trends.
• Lead development of digital roadmap and introduce digital solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Develop organisation-wide Digital, Design and Data capabilities and drive a high performing team.
