Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Product Manager in Singapore to own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more digital products, shaping and delivering solutions for the agency and its stakeholders. You will define product strategy and roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, design and operations, and use research, user insights and data to identify opportunities, prioritise work, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing digital products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, RESTful APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience in AI-enabled development and rapid prototyping.
• Knowledge of digital identity, data privacy, and platform models.
• Strong data-driven mindset and analytics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Domain expertise in welfare campaigns or public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for one or more digital products.
