Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of one or more products. You will design and manage product roadmaps based on the agency's strategic goals, collaborating with UX and engineering to research, conceptualize features, and ensure successful rollout.

You will define metrics, supervise consumer behavior and perform data analysis to provide updates on feature performance while coordinating go-to-market and adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital products in a public-sector or large-scale environment.
• Ability to translate user needs into concrete features and user stories.
• Strong collaboration across UX, engineering and policy stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap through all life cycle stages.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market demand and trends.
• Scope business requirements, write user stories and prioritize product backlog with partners.
• Collaborate with UX teams to map reference journeys and craft content voice.
• Work with engineering to deliver releases on time and within budget.
• Execute go-to-market, adoption and usage strategies to deliver value to ecosystem partners.
