Job summary

GovTech Singapore in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to lead delivery within the Digital Accelerator Unit, balancing hands‑on development with strategic direction. You will shape product vision, manage stakeholders, and drive cross‑functional teams toward impactful outcomes while upholding government security requirements.

You will translate user needs into actionable stories, maintain the backlog and roadmap, and communicate progress to diverse partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Experience in a start‑up environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing stakeholders effectively.
• Track record of working with cross‑functional teams and shipping impactful products.
• Technical background in CS or similar.
• Experience guiding teams through ambiguity and tough trade‑offs.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.

Responsibilities

• Create vision and strategy with the Product Lead / Programme Manager.
• Evaluate new product opportunities based on data and user needs.
• Lead cross‑functional engineers, data specialists, designers, and operators.
• Manage backlog and roadmap based on business value and user impact.
• Present roadmaps and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Build short‑term plans that ladder up to long‑term goals.
• Gather business and user requirements and turn them into development‑ready user stories.
• Keep documentation current, including project plans and risk logs.
• Ensure everything meets IM8 and government security standards.
