Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Customs eServices product line, driving strategy, delivery and adoption of government digital services that benefit citizens and businesses in Singapore.

You will partner with business and technical teams to manage agile processes, define KPIs, and steer end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring secure, scalable solutions across government agencies. This is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customs eServices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies, manage risks, and drive delivery across cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure product lifecycle ownership from ideation to launch and end‑of‑life planning.
• Champion user‑centric design and monitor KPIs/OKRs to drive improvements.
