Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of government-to-business platforms, including Singapore Customs, from business process transformation to product development and continuous improvement.

You will partner with engineers, designers and other PMs to craft a clear product vision, drive budgets, and champion data-driven decisions, while coordinating across agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan the full product lifecycle across business partner collaboration, budget and go-to-market.
• Define product vision, gather stakeholder buy-in, and drive outreach strategies.
• Design, test, and iterate through experiments to improve user journeys.
• Manage product budget, expenditures, cashflow, and funding procurement.
• Coordinate data-driven analytics and insights across functions (marketing, legal, finance).
• Drive user adoption and growth through expanded features and higher usage.
