Job summary

GovTech is seeking an experienced Product Manager to advance learning and capability development for public-sector digital learning. You will work with Digital Academy and practitioners to convert professional standards into practical, measurable learning experiences that improve product team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or technology.
• Background in Computer Science or related field.
• Takes initiative, navigates ambiguity and turns ideas into action.
• Data-driven with focus on outcomes and impact.
• Builds trusted, cross-functional relationships and influences stakeholders.
• Creative storyteller who communicates clearly and inspires learning.
• Experience in capability development, learning design or partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build capability pathways by translating product management and product operations career schemas into learning pathways, assessments and workplace experiences.
• Reimagine learning through partnerships with clinics, mentoring, peer learning, simulations and AI-enabled experiences.
• Drive execution from planning to delivery, manage stakeholders, budgets, timelines and measurement of outcomes.
