Job summary

GovTech, the Government Technology Agency in Singapore, is expanding its Product Management Practice under the Government Technology Office. You will help build capability pathways, co-design learning experiences, and drive outcomes with measurable scorecards.

You will partner with Digital Academy, run clinics and mentoring, and bring real product challenges into learning, with AI-enabled experiences. This role focuses on turning learning into stronger practitioner capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong product and technical foundation: At least 7 years in Product Management or tech, CS background.
• Self-starter and problem solver: Takes initiative and turns ideas into action.
• Data-driven and outcome-focused: Uses evidence to measure impact and improve.
• People person and strong collaborator: Builds relationships and influences stakeholders.
• Creative storyteller: Communicates clearly and inspires learning.
• Positive and growth-oriented: Curious about technology and AI.
• Experience in capability development or learning design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build capability pathways by translating product schemas into learning paths, assessments and workplace experiences.
• Reimagine learning through partnerships: mentoring, peer learning, simulations and AI-enabled experiences.
• Drive execution and measurable outcomes: lead initiatives, manage budgets and track proficiency gains with scorecards.
